This is the work, in the words of the people who lived it. Explore firsthand accounts of healing, health, relationships, faith, purpose and professional growth.
A 15+ YEAR LEGACY OF LOVE
One body of work. Three brands. Transformation across every area of life.
These testimonials span Liana Shanti’s complete ecosystem: spiritual teachings and certification programs through Liana Shanti, money, business, and wealth teachings through The Relaxed Millionaire, and nutrition education and health-coach certification through HMI Wellness.
Many students move through more than one part of the ecosystem, transforming their health, relationships, finances, faith, and purpose before going on to become certified coaches through the Quantum Mind-Body Therapist® or Functional Nutrition Therapist programs. Because every area of life is connected, a testimonial may credit more than one teaching or program.

“Before Liana, I had a job I hated, smoked weed everyday all day, drank until drunk, rage, anxiety, depression, low feelings of self worth. Now? That is all GONE.”
Heilani Iolani
General Praise
Left behind daily substance use, rage, anxiety, and depression, replacing them with joy, peace, and love.
I continue to do the work so that my life every day will be one of joy, peace, and love. So that I can raise my future children with unconditionally loving parents. So that I can embody the fullest of the person I was sent here to be. That is what Liana's programs have done for me.

“I spent my whole life numbing myself to not feel the huge intense pain I carried, the pain of hating myself, the pain of being ashamed of myself, the pain of feeling worthless, the pain of feeling I was a lost cause... then I found Liana.”
Carla Romanato
General Praise
Found real hope and relief from a lifetime of self-hatred, shame, and feeling worthless after finding Liana's work.
She was a breath of fresh air in my suffocating world, she gave me real hope for the first time. I had no idea I was tolerating so much pain. Liana doesn't change lives, she gives us life, because until finding her, I wasn't living, I was painfully and slowly dying. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Liana, a million times and for ALL eternity.
